Happy Birthday Breighanna!!!

I can't believe that my baby is already two. I am very sad that she is growing up so fast. She has now officially hit the terrible two stage, and doesn't let me forget it. She is a fiesty little red head with the temper to match, but she is also a very loving thing.

Pumpkin Patch

So I decided to take the kids to the pumpkin patch on the coldest day we have had so far this year. It did not faze them at all they were soo excited and even more so because they got to do it in their halloween costumes.

Sight Seeing

So on our trip we visited NAS Coronado which was great because my kids were able to see the helicopter that daddy flew (46) up close (they were so excited). They were also able to see the helo that their daddy will be flying here shortly.

The kids were having a good time looking at the different kids of aircraft on display and of coursing posing for the pictures.

We were also able to visit the ship yards in SD and it neat because Morgan and Carson had never seen any ships that big so they were excited.

Day at the Beach

The kids were so excited to be at the beach they were able to run and do pretty much whatever they wanted. They enjoyed not only the water but the sand as well.

After the first initial shock of the water being cold Brooke decided that it wasn't too bad, although after her first spill she pretty much sat out and made sand castles for the rest of the time there.

My niece Morgan and nephew Carson. This was Carson's first time at the beach and bless his heart he was soo cold but refused to quite. He would get out in the sand just enough to feel a little warm and then he was right back in the water.

Okay so this was Braydens first time at the beach that he remembers, so the first time the wave took him down he came up sputtering and looked at me and said "Mom the water tastes like salt". I was laughing pretty hard thought it was cute.

I don't know why but most of the pictures on our vacation Brayden decided he needed to pose it drove me crazy, but he was having a great time.

Sea World

Okay so it's been awhile since I have put up some pics so I thought I would try to catch up. We were able to go back to SD in June with my niece Melissa, her kids, and my Sister Jo. On this trip we were able to visit Sea World and the beach, we had a blast.

One of the only photos I have of Breighanna at Sea World I don't know what happened, anyway she was pretty happy for the most part.

The kids were so excited to see Shamu and the turtles were pretty amazing to.

After the Shamu show the kids waiting very patiently to continue to the next show.

Disney Land

The day after Lego Land we headed up to Disney Land where we did two days. I think next time I will do a whole week, there is just way too much to do and we didn't want to push the kids too hard. Brayden was chosen to train as a Jedi and then he fought Darth Vader it was so awesome (I think my favorite thing). Brooke chose to be transformed into a Princess and she had the whole salon type treatment and absolutely loved it. Breighanna was tired of it all and wanted nothing to do with anything, in fact by the last day she didn't want to be with me because she knew I was going to put her into a stroller at some point.

Lego Land

Well decided to take the kids to California this last week hoping to help pass the time quicker. We had a blast we went to Lego Land and it was absolutely amazing. The kids had such a great time and enjoyed it so much. The rides were just perfect for them although Brooke came off the first roller coaster pretty pale, and let me know she did not like that one very much, although Aunt Sue and I laughed through the whole things it was so fun.

Easter Egg Hunt

For Easter we were invited to our really good friends house where the kids were able to do a wonderful egg hunt with their friend Henry. Their yard was awesome for hiding eggs and the kids had a lot of fun. We are so lucky to have such great friends.

Easter Eggs & Sugar Cookies

Well on Saturday the kids and I went to Uncle Ron and Aunt Joelle's house and colored eggs and decorated sugar cookies. As you can see they had a great time. Brayden had some interesting colored hands by the time we were done and Brooke made sure she cleaned up all the excess sprinkles after decorating the cookies. Poor Breighanna she slept through the whole thing.

Tentative Orders

Well i don't have any pictures I have been horrible about remembering to take pictures of the kids lately, but we are all doing good and things here are going alright. Bill is still in Iraq and he is also doing well, just ready to come home and be with his kids and me. The Navy has finally given us orders for his return and it looks like we will be leaving for Pax River, Maryland for three years. I am sad that it will be further from home yet a part of me is excited for the adventure, and all of the cool historical sites we can subject our kids to. I also found out today that our good friends the Sylvesters are also going to be there which will be nice as their kids are about the same age as ours and it will be good to know someone when we get there. I hope this blog finds everyone doing well and I ask for your continued prayer for Bill and also the kids and I. I love you all.

Playing at the Park

Brayden was very excited he is now able to go all the way across the monkey bars with absolutely no help. It was great watching him and seeing how grown up he is becoming and also very independent.

What a great picture, I caught both of the girls running. Brooke was running from Brayden and Breighanna thought that Brooke was chasing her it was funny.

Breighanna had seen Brayden climb up the rock climbing wall and she went over and tried it was very entertaining. After a couple of minutes she gave up and went back to the slide.

My baby is growing up so fast. She loves the slide and doesn't care if she is going up it or down it, it's all the same to her.

What a big girl.
